THE CONCEPT

Our concept to rebrand this farm to table fast-casual restaurant surprisingly is rooted in the Greek notion of philoxenia. Our goal was to create an honest, comfortable, nourishing environment where one enters as a stranger and leaves as a friend. Reclaimed wood references the farm, metal ceiling grates allude to campfire cooking, elements of freshness, handwritten chalkboard signage, and shadow boxes all evoke thoughts of home. Farm to table becomes friend to friend.
